Renovation of a warehouse to a contemporary office space that includes a combination of open and private office space as well conference rooms and private huddle rooms. Collaboration space was developed in the middle of the office outfitted with outdoor-inspired lighting, durable wall finishes, and gates to allow for dog-friendly office space. 
CM was selected early in the design process allowing us to provide pricing and constructability analysis at multiple points before construction commenced. 
This project commenced during the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic requiring us to roll out new safety measures for all parties.
