New construction of a 5,000 square foot medical office building in Elgin, Texas. The complete contract included the shell and finish out within. The building exterior was composed of a hybrid engineered metal with a brick facade. The single-story medical facility included twelve exam rooms, one procedure room, and an on-site imaging suite.
